2013 Season - Power Washing and Roof Cleaning

Premier Power Wash & Roof Cleaning is looking forward to kicking off the 2013 season this week. We've done some work on damaged homes due to Sandy this winter, as well as service our commercial customers, but we're looking forward to getting back to Chester County & Delaware County to get our residential customer's homes looking like new for the Spring.

We'll be posting "Non Pressure Roof Cleaning" signs at key intersections in West Chester, Malvern, Newtown Square, Chadds Ford, Kennett Square, Chester Springs and Wayne in a few weeks, as well as handing out brochures that include a 10% discount. A few other things we're excited about this season is updating the graphics on our trucks, upgrading our equipment, and adding online video content to our blog and website.

This season we'll also be adding a truck dedicated to soft washing and roof cleaning, a niche that we have become very comfortable with and have received a lot of positive feedback from our customers. We strictly adhere to the non pressure roof cleaning method that's recommended by the RCIA (Roof Cleaning Institute of America) and the shingle manufactures such as Owens Corning and GAF. We NEVER use a pressure washer as doing so will remove the granules on your shingles. Be careful with companies that advertise low pressure or a surface cleaner, which is designed for use on flat concrete surfaces such as driveways and sidewalks. These companies simply don't own the necessary equipment needed for the soft washing method required to achieve the best possible results and safely remove  the algae from your roof.

For a FREE estimate, call (610) 220-3590 for all your exterior cleaning needs.

  2. @ faith mon - thank you for your interest in my website, however I cannot endorse your roof cleaning method. We never use a pressure washer when roof cleaning, as doing so will remove the granules from your shingles and can void a homeowner's warranty. If you are interested in safely removing algae, moss, and lichen from asphalt shingles, you're more than welcome to contact me and discuss. Also, the RCIA (roof cleaning institute of America) is a forum that teaches roof cleaners the proper techniques as stated directly from GAF, Owens Corning etc. Thanks!
